At Amber Glade Creations, each piece is made with care and intention. Because many of our products are handmade, 3D printed, hand-painted, or laser-engraved to order, we ask for your patience while we craft something truly special for you.

✨ Processing Time

We begin working on your order as soon as it's received. As many of our items are made-to-order:

  • Standard Processing Time: 3–7 business days

  • Custom Orders: May take up to 10–14 business days depending on complexity

  • You will receive an email once your item has shipped.

If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer reliable shipping across Australia via Australia Post and Sendle.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

  • Tracking included for all domestic orders

🌏 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

  • Tracking: Included for most countries (check at checkout)

  • All USB-powered lights and electronics are compatible with global power standards.

Please note:

  • Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Delivery delays due to customs are outside our control

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
