From concept development and CAD modelling to 3D printing, CNC machining, and product refinement, Timothy leads every project with purpose and craftsmanship. His decade in hospitality and several years in transport and logistics play a significant role in the way he designs. Hospitality taught him how people interact with objects, environments, and each other — shaping his focus on usability, comfort, and experience. Logistics gave him a deep understanding of systems, workflows, and real-world constraints, influencing how he plans, builds, and delivers products with efficiency and intention. A passionate traveller and lover of culture, Timothy draws inspiration from the textures, materials, and stories found in the diverse places he has explored. These influences blend into his design language, adding depth, warmth, and humanity to the products AGC creates. His approach is grounded in empathy and innovation — a belief reflected in his studio motto: “If design forgets feeling, we lose trust.” This philosophy shapes the way AGC creates lighting, home décor, assistive devices, and custom products for clients across Australia and beyond.

Teegan is the organisational backbone of AGC Designs. With a background in accounting and real-world operational management, she brings clarity, structure, and strong financial awareness to every project we take on. Her ability to balance the creative flow of the studio with practical oversight makes her essential to AGC’s momentum and long-term sustainability. As the key point of contact for customers and collaborators, Teegan manages communication across email, social media, and the website with a warm, professional tone that reflects AGC’s values. She also oversees order processing, product dispatch, scheduling, and the day-to-day coordination required to keep a design studio running smoothly. Her accounting experience gives her a sharp eye for BOM tracking, stock management, budgeting, and the behind-the-scenes details that ensure each project stays on course — financially, logistically, and operationally. With Teegan’s steady presence, AGC combines creativity with consistency, heart with structure, and ideas with real-world execution.
